- 2 tbsp baking powder
- 1 large egg
- 2 large bananas
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 1/2 cup black ripe olives, sliced
- 2 oz peperoni, chopped
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced onion
- 1/4 lb sliced colby monterrey jack cheese, I used a vegetable peeler
- 4 tbsp tomato paste
- 1/4 tsp whole leaf oregano
- 1/4 tsp basil
- 1 granulated garlic powder
Directions

1Preheat oven 425 Fahrenheit

2Spray the pan your baking on with nonstick

3Mix the bananas, parmesan cheese, and egg.

4When mixed well add baking powder.

5Mix well the baking powder will puff up quickly.

6Spread it thick on pan, it will expand and become thin crust in oven.

7bake in oven 5-7 minutes or till firm.

8Take out of oven.

9Add tomato paste, sliced cheese, onions,pepperoni, olies,oregano, garlic any basil

10Bake in oven till heated trough, and cheese is melted.
