Pizza Meat Balls

Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. Italian bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. diced onion
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, cut in bite-size cubes
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 (12 to 15 oz.) jar pizza sauce
- 4 c. cooked rice
Directions

1In a medium bowl, mix first 6 ingredients with a fork.

2Shape mixture into 12 meat balls with a cube of cheese in the center of each.

3On waxed paper, coat each meat ball lightly with flour.

4In 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat, heat salad oil.

5Cook meat balls until brown on all sides.

6Spoon off fat.

7Add pizza sauce. Heat to boiling.

8Reduce heat to low.

9Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.

10Serve on rice.
