- 1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. fresh bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- spaghetti sauce
Directions

1Cut cheese into 20 (1/2-inch) cubes.

2Shred remaining cheese; set aside.

3In bowl, mix with hands, beef, bread crumbs, milk, onion, salt, pepper and egg.

4Make meatballs around cube of cheese, so cheese is in center of each.

5In skillet, heat oil and lightly brown meatballs.

6Place in baking dish.

7Cover with spaghetti sauce.

8Sprinkle with cheese.

9Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
