  • 1/3 lb. bulk Italian sausage
  • 1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes, undrained and chopped
  • 1 1/3 c. water
  • 2/3 c. uncooked regular rice
  • 1 tsp. dried whole oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
  • 3/4 c. (3 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese

    Cut off tops of green peppers; remove seeds.
