- frozen pizza dough
- 1 lb. ground beef or 1 lb. hot Italian sausage or mix of both
- 1 lb. mild American cheese or sharp Cheddar, coarsely grated
- 2 eggs plus 1 egg yolk
- 1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
Directions

1Defrost pizza dough in refrigerator overnight.

2Spread flat as if for a jelly roll.

3Saute ground beef and/or sausage until brown.

4Set aside to cool.

5Mix grated cheese with eggs, egg yolk, Parmesan cheese and parsley.

6Mix all together with meat.

7Spread on pizza dough and roll up as a jelly roll.

8Shape in half moon, seam side down.

9Cover with remaining egg white.

10Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
