  • 1/4 cups Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons Shortening
  • 1 whole Egg
  • 3/4 teaspoons Salt
  • 3 cups Flour, Maybe 1/2 Cup More
  • 1 package Pepperoni's
  • 12 ounces, weight Shredded Mozz Cheese
  • 1 container Ragu Pasta Sauce, Large

    Dissolve yeast in warm water, Let stand 5 minutes or until foamy.

    Combine milk, sugar,and shortening in sauce pan until shortening melts.

    Allow to COOL.

    Add yeast, egg, salt and gradually add flour, beat until smooth.

    Let rise 1 HOUR or until doubles in size.

    Roll dough into large triangle (like a cinnamon bun).

    Place pepperoni and sprinkle cheese on top.
