- 4 eggs
- 1-1/2 cups POLLY-O Original Ricotta Cheese
- 1 cup POLLY-O All Natural Shredded Low-Moisture Whole Milk Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 3 oz. prosciutto, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- pastry for 2-crust 9-inch pie
Directions

1Heat oven to 375 degrees F.

2Brown sausage; drain.

3Beat eggs in large bowl; stir in sausage, cheeses, prosciutto and parsley.

4Line 9-inch pie plate with 1 pie crust; fill with meat mixture.

5Cover with remaining crust; seal and flute edge.

6Cut several slits in top crust to permit steam to escape.
