Ingredients
- 2 sticks pepperoni, cut in quarters (Hormel)
- 3 lb. Ricotta
- 2 lb. Mozzarella, diced
- 1 doz. eggs
- 1 1/2 lb. sausage (out of casing)
- 1/2 lb. Prosciutto, diced
- 1/2 lb. salami or ham, diced (optional)
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 1/4 c. grated cheese
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Brown sausage meat and drain excess fat.

3Mix eggs, Ricotta and grated cheese.

4Add all other ingredients and mix well.

5Grease a large lasagna pan and pour mix in.

6Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until golden brown.

7Best when settled for 1 day and heat before serving.

8Do not serve out of the oven or else the pie will run.

9Must be cooled down.
