Ingredients

  • 2 sticks pepperoni, cut in quarters (Hormel)
  • 3 lb. Ricotta
  • 2 lb. Mozzarella, diced
  • 1 doz. eggs
  • 1 1/2 lb. sausage (out of casing)
  • 1/2 lb. Prosciutto, diced
  • 1/2 lb. salami or ham, diced (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley
  • 1/4 c. grated cheese

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Brown sausage meat and drain excess fat.
  3. 3
    Mix eggs, Ricotta and grated cheese.
  4. 4
    Add all other ingredients and mix well.

    Grease a large lasagna pan and pour mix in.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until golden brown.

    Best when settled for 1 day and heat before serving.

    Do not serve out of the oven or else the pie will run.

    Must be cooled down.
