  • 2 teaspoons Olive Oil
  • 1 whole Shallot, Diced
  • 1/2 teaspoons Dried Red Pepper Flakes, Or To Taste
  • 2 Tablespoons White Or Red Wine, Whatever You Have On Hand
  • 1 can Tomato Sauce, 15 Oz
  • 1 can Tomato Paste, 6 Oz
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Dried Basil
  • 1 Tablespoon Dried Parsley
  • 2 teaspoons Dried Oregano

Directions

    In a saucepan, saute shallots and red pepper flakes in olive oil for a few minutes, until shallots begin to turn translucent.

    Add the wine and cook for a minute.

    Add the remaining ingredients (tomato sauce through oregano) and let simmer for 10 minutes.
