Cheese, Mozzarella, 3 Italian mix, and Cheddar

Directions

In a frying pan caramelize the onions in olive oil. Add the sausage and fry until meat is no longer red. Roll out the pizza dough on a greased cookie sheet. Place a light layer of Olive oil over crust. Add crushed tomatoes and tomato paste. Place the sausage, olives and caramelized onions on top. Then layer with cheese. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, oregano, dill weed, seasoned salt, garlic slices. Place a layer of cheese on top. Place in 350 degree oven until lightly browned and cheese has melted.
