  • 4 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Fat Free
  • 1 ounce, weight Lite Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
  • 1/4 cups Pizza Sauce
  • 8 slices Pepperoni, Sliced Into Eighths
  • 30 whole Wonton Wrappers (I Used Round Shape)
  • Pizza Sauce, To Serve

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, set aside.

    In a bowl, add cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, pizza sauce, and pepperoni; mix until combined.
  3. 3
    Line the wontons onto parchment paper and evenly divide the cheese mixture into the center of the wontons, about 1 teaspoonful per wonton.

    Dip your finger into some water and rub along the edges of the wonton.

    Carefully fold the wonton in half and make sure the sides are sealed.

    I used the ends of a fork to make little tine marks and to give an extra seal.

    Bake in oven for 11-15 minutes until lightly golden.

    Serve with pizza sauce.
