- 120 g Butter
- 120 g Sugar
- 120 g Plain flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 2 Eggs
- 3 tbsp Milk
Directions

1Preheat oven to 180 C. Keep butter at room temperature.

2Mix butter with whisk until it become smooth.

3(If butter is too hard, you can microwave with LOW power for 30 seconds.

4But never melt it!)

5Add sugar and mix well until light and fluffy.

6Add egg one by one and mix well.

7Shift flour and baking powder to the bowl and mix with spatula, then add milk and mix well.

8Use two table spoon to place dough in the cups.

9(You don't need to flatten it as it melt and be flat by itself in the oven.)

10Bake for 20-25 minutes in 180 C oven.

11Remove the baked cupcakes from oven and leave to cool.

12Add icing and ready to serve!
