- 6 eggs
- 1 c. soft Crisco
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. lemon extract
- 2 Tbsp. baking powder
Directions

1In a bowl, mix all ingredients.

2With electric mixer, add 2 cups flour, a little at a time.

3Fold in an additional 2 cups or more flour until stickiness disappears.

4Spoon onto ungreased cookie sheet and round with fingers.

5Bake at 350° for 12 to 15 minutes or until bottoms are golden brown.

6Makes 5 dozen or more. Cool.

7Dip top of cookie into thin, watery frosting of confectioners sugar, lemon extract and milk or water.
