  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 small box instant lemon pudding
  • 1 c. water
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. orange juice or 1/4 c. lemon juice

Directions

    Mix together the cake mix, pudding and water.

    Add eggs and oil, beating all the time.

    Beat for 3 minutes.

    Pour into well-greased tube pan. Bake at 325° for 1 hour. Remove from pan. Prepare a mixture of sugar and juice.

    Spoon over cake while hot.
