1Cut off both ends and make a slit down the back (the length of the plantain) so you can peel the skin off.

2If you have trouble peeling it, soak the whole plantain in warm salted water.

3Slice the plantain thin (like potato chips).

4Heat oil in large frying pan until hot.

5Fry plantains until golden brown.

6Salt to taste.
