  • 2 c. cut up cooked ham, chicken or beef
  • 1 1/2 c. cooked, drained peas, limas or carrot slices
  • 1 lb. can cream-style corn
  • 1/4 lb. (about 3/4 c.) cheese, cubed (Velveeta works well)
  • 1/3 c. evaporated milk
  • 1/4 c. onion, cut up
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions

    Pour combined ingredients into a 12 x 8-inch baking dish.

    Bake at 400° for 10 minutes, until bubbly at edges.

    Cover with corn bread batter, leaving center uncovered.
