  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 c. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • food coloring (if desired)

    In a bowl, mix flour and cream of tartar.

    Set aside.

    In a large pan, heat water, salt, oil and food coloring to boiling. Mix with dry ingredients.

    Knead well.

    Store in an airtight container or Ziploc bag.
