  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1 c. salt
  • food coloring
  • 2 tsp. cream of tartar
  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil

Directions

    Mix all dry ingredients.

    Pour food coloring and oil into water mixture.

    Add slowly to dry mixture.

    Stir constantly over low heat.

    Mixture will darken and be less gooey when done.

    Let cool!
