Ingredients

  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/3 c. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. Wesson oil or any vegetable oil
  • food coloring
  • water (add enough to make dough; start with less than 1/4 c. and add more if needed)

Directions

    Mix and knead all ingredients (except food coloring) until soft and not sticky.
  2. 2
    Add more flour if it gets sticky.
  3. 3
    Add food coloring to each part you want colored or leave white and paint with water-color or tempera.
  4. 4
    Store in plastic bag or coffee can.
