  • 6 tsp. cream of tartar
  • 3 c. water
  • food coloring
  • 3 Tbsp. cooking oil

    Mix wet ingredients together. Blend both batches, then stir over low heat until it forms a ball. Knead a bit.

    Let cool.

    Store in a plastic container.
