- 1 lb. chopped pork
- 1 large can mushrooms
- 3 sliced stalks celery
- 1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
- 1 lb. box vermicelli
- 1 large pkg. Velveeta cheese
Directions

1Brown meat.

2Add celery and mushrooms.

3Season to taste as desired.

4Cook spaghetti.

5Add meat mixture to spaghetti.

6While hot, add chunks of cheese (entire package of cheese).

7Mix until melted.

8Add stewed tomatoes.

9Mix.

10Bake to heat and assure cheese all melted at about 350° for 20 minutes.
