  • 1 c. Crisco oil
  • 2 small jars plum baby food (with tapioca)
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
  • 1 c. chopped pecans or black walnuts

Directions

    Combine all ingredients and mix well in the mixer.

    Pour into tube cake pan or Bundt pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

    Test 10 minutes before the hour, as may be done a little early.
