  • 6 cups Plums, Pitted And Quartered
  • 4 cups Sugar

Directions

    Place plums and sugar in a large pot over medium heat. Bring to a boil, stirring often so mixture won't scorch. Continue stirring while boiling until mixture begins to gel and thicken.

    Place in sterilized jars and process in a hot water bath. Half-pints should be processed for 15 minutes. Adjust times according to your elevation.
