  • 4 c. prepared fruit (about 2 1/2 lb. ripe plums)
  • 1/2 c. orange juice
  • 1 tsp. grated orange peel
  • 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
  • 6 c. sugar
  • 1 box Sure-Jell

Directions

    To prepare fruit: Pit (do not peel) 2 1/2 pounds of fully ripe plums.

    Chop very fine.

    Measure 4 cups in a large saucepan.

    Add orange juice and orange rind and mix well.

    Add chopped nuts. Then make the jam.
