  • 2 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 c. vegetable oil
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. cloves
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 large jar baby food plum sauce

    Mix dry ingredients.

    Beat eggs, oil and plum sauce; add to dry mixture.

    Mix all together for 4 minutes on medium speed. Fold in nuts.

    Pour into greased and floured tube pan.

    Bake at 325° for 1 1/4 hours, or until done.

    Glaze while cake is hot.
