  • 1 cup finely chopped unpeeled plum (about 5 large)
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped purple onion
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro or parsley
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped
