Ingredients
- 1 cup plum jam
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger ground
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce, tamari
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 2 cans tuna drained and chunked
- 1 x rice cooked
- 1 x nuts chopped
Directions

1Put the jam in heavy pan.

2Mix cornstarch and 1/4 cup pater and blend into the jam.

3Add ginger, garlic, water, salt, soy sauce, and vinegar and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.

4Add tuna and heat.

5Serve over mounds of hot cooked rice and serve little side bowls of chopped nuts, parsley, and coconut to sprinkle over the top, if desired.
