- 6 lb. roast, skinless, boneless and no gristles
- 3 medium onions, cut small
- 4 large pods garlic, cut small
- 1 small can tomato sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce
- 1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Place roast in large covered roasting pan.

2Add 6 to 8 cups water (more if needed),

3Lipton soup mix, salt and pepper to taste.

4Cook until meat is fork-tender.

5Remove meat from broth and allow meat to cool overnight in refrigerator.

6Slice meat thin across the grain.

7Add onions, garlic, tomato sauce and Lea & Perrins to broth.

8Cook until vegetables are tender.

9Place sliced meat back in broth and heat through.

10Freezes well.
