- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. hot water
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 2 c. flour
- butter (as needed)
Directions

1Mix sugar, salt and water in bowl; cool to lukewarm.

2Sprinkle 1 package yeast over mixture and allow to dissolve.

3Add 1 cup flour; mix and add remaining flour.

4Turn dough on floured surface and knead thoroughly.

5Divide into 10 small pieces.

6Roll into a ball.

7With roller, roll each ball into a 5-inch circle and place on greased baking sheet.

8Bake at 500° for 5 to 7 minutes until puff is golden brown.

9Remove and rub with butter.
