- 1 pkg. (2 layer size) white cake mix
- 1 pkg. (3 oz.) Jell-O, any flavor (especially good with strawberry)
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1/2 c. cold water
- any brand nondairy whipped topping
Directions

1Prepare cake mix as directed on package, baking in well-greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.

2Cool in pan 15 minutes.

3Poke with fork at 1/2-inch intervals.

4Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.

5Add cold water and spoon over cake.

6Chill 3 to 4 hours.

7Top with any brand nondairy whipped topping.
