- 3/8 ounce lime juice
- 3/4 ounce pandan simple syrup, recipe below

1Pandan Simple Syrup:

2Steep 3 Pandan leaves in 1 liter of hot water for 30 minutes, then strain into equal parts granulated sugar by weight.

4Blend ingredients with 2 cups of crushed ice.
