  • 1/2 ounce pineapple juice
  • 3/8 ounce lime juice
  • 3/4 ounce pandan simple syrup, recipe below

    Steep 3 Pandan leaves in 1 liter of hot water for 30 minutes, then strain into equal parts granulated sugar by weight.
