- 1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. yellow corn meal
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 c. (1 1/2 oz.) Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Whip water, corn meal and salt together until blended in 3-quart microwave bowl.

2Cover, cook on High 5 minutes.

3Take it out and whip until smooth, recover, cook 5 minutes, take it out again and whip.

4Recover and cook 3 minutes.

5Let it stand 1 minute, then whip in cheese (it will melt quickly).

6Top with tomato sauce.
