  • 300 g finely chopped white cabbage
  • 300 g finely chopped red cabbage
  • 1 red long chili pepper (or green)
  • 4 celery root
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 onion
  • 6 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar (or balsamic)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (or sugar)
  • salt
  • black pepper

Directions

    In a bowl mix all the veggies.

    Mix the sauce ingredients in another bowl and pour over the sliced veggies.

    Before serving toss again.
