  • 2 diced baking potatoes
  • 1 can sauerkraut
  • 1/4 medium onion
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic
  • 1 can diced stewed tomatoes
  • 1 lb. sausage

Directions

    Brown potatoes, onion and garlic in small amount of cooking oil.

    Completely cook potatoes.

    Add sauerkraut, tomatoes and sausage.

    (Cut sausage into serving sizes.) Simmer for 30 minutes on low.

    Serve.
