Polish Stuffed Cabbage

Ingredients

  • 1 head cabbage, core and let warm water soak for 10 minutes (will be easier to separate leaves when put in boiling water)
  • 1/2 c. rice, cooked, then cooled
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 2 lb. chopped meat
  • 1/4 c. catsup
  • 1/2 c. tomato soup

    Take 1 cabbage leaf.

    Put in a good scoop meat mixture.

    Roll and put in layers. In baking pan, pour soup over rolls.

    Either bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours or cook on top of stove for 2 hours.
