- 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 tsp. grated onion
- 1 1/2 c. diced cooked chicken
- 1 doz. tortillas
- dash each: paprika, nutmeg and pepper
Directions

1Melt butter; blend in flour and salt.

2Add broth.

3Cook and stir until thick.

4Add lemon juice, parsley, onion, paprika, nutmeg and pepper.

5Stir in chicken.

6Cool slightly.

7Warm tortillas until soft.

8Place 1 tablespoon of chicken mixture on each tortilla; roll and secure with toothpick.

9Fry in deep hot oil at 350° for 1 to 2 minutes, until crisp.

10Serve with guacamole.
