  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • 3 lbs chicken thighs
  • reserved juice from pineapple
  • 14 cup soya sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 14 ounces canned pineapple chunks

    mix first 5 ingredinets in paper or plastic bag.

    Line small roater with foil Brush foil with margerine.

    coat chicken pieces in bag a few at a time.Arrane in roaster.

    Stir pineapple juice,soysauce and sugar together in small bowl drizzle over chicken.

    cover bake in 375 oven for 1 1/2 hours until tender.

    Scatter pineapple over chicken.
