- 1/4 c. flaked coconut
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 2 tsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
- pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp. cooking oil
