  • 1 (4 3/4 oz.) jar strained plum baby food
  • 1/4 c. flaked coconut
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. cooking oil
  • 2 tsp. soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. cooking oil
