- 2 chicken breasts
- 1/3 c. vegetable oil
- 2 pieces garlic, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 stalk celery, diced
- 1 head cabbage, shredded
- 1 green pepper, shredded
- 1 small pkg. carrots, sliced
- 1 pkg. rice sticks
- 1/2 bottle soy sauce
Directions

1Cook chicken breasts; cool and dice.

2Save 2 cups broth.

3Add oil to wok and cook on low heat.

4Add garlic, onion, celery, cabbage, green pepper and carrots and stir-fry on high until tender.

5Add 1 cup broth and steam for a few minutes.

6When you start to stir-fry, add water to the rice sticks and let stand until frying is done.

7Drain and add to veggies.

8Add chicken and soy sauce.
