Directions

   Cream together the cream cheese, eggs and sugar.

   Cut 24 cookies from first package and lay on a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Pour cream cheese mixture over cookies.

   Cut 24 cookies from second package of cookie mix.

   Place on top of mixture.

   Bake at 375° for 45 minutes.

   Cool and top with powdered sugar.
