- 2 large bell peppers, chopped
- 3 large onions, chopped
- 3 carrots, grated
- 1 c. vinegar
- 1 1/2 pt. prepared mustard
- 3 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 Tbsp. plain salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
Directions

1Mix together and bring to boil on low heat.

2Simmer for 20 minutes and pack in hot jars.
