  • 1 gal. shredded cabbage
  • 2 large bell peppers, chopped
  • 3 large onions, chopped
  • 3 carrots, grated
  • 1 c. vinegar
  • 1 1/2 pt. prepared mustard
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. plain salt
  • 1 tsp. black pepper

Directions

    Mix together and bring to boil on low heat.

    Simmer for 20 minutes and pack in hot jars.
