  • pinch of salt
  • 1 c. milk plus 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. vanilla

    Mix ingredients together by hand in a large bowl, 2 ingredients at a time, until all are blended well.

    Pour into a well-greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes until done in center.
