- 2 lb. any white fish
- 2 c. water
- 3 Tbsp. cider or wine vinegar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 6 Tbsp. melted butter
Directions

1Bring water, salt and vinegar to a boil.

2Drop in fish and simmer 10 minutes or until done.

3Put melted butter in serving dish.

4Remove fish with slotted spoon and add fish in single layer.

5Sprinkle with paprika.

6Spoon butter over and put in broiler 3 to 5-inches from flame.

7Cook 4 to 5 minutes.
