- 2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Carom Seeds
- 3/4 cups Water Or As Needed
- 1 cup Oil, Or As Needed, For Frying
Directions

1Mix dry ingredients together: flour, salt, carom seeds. Add water a little at a time to knead it into a firm dough.

2Pinch off balls of 1-inch diameter. Roll out into discs.

3Heat about 2 inches of oil for frying. Fry rolled-out pooris on both sides, until they puff up and turn golden. Watch carefully because they fry quickly!

4Drain on a paper-towel-lined rack. Serve with curry.
