- 1 Tbsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. Creole seasoning
- 2 c. self-rising flour
Directions

1Mix Creole seasoning, pepper and flour in 1-gallon Ziploc bag; salt to taste.

2Place deer meat in mixture and shake; remove and place in deep frying pan with hot cooking oil.

3When meat rises to top (3 to 5 minutes), remove, drain and serve.
