  • 2 lb. cubed deer stew meat
  • 1 Tbsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. Creole seasoning
  • 2 c. self-rising flour

Directions

    Mix Creole seasoning, pepper and flour in 1-gallon Ziploc bag; salt to taste.

    Place deer meat in mixture and shake; remove and place in deep frying pan with hot cooking oil.

    When meat rises to top (3 to 5 minutes), remove, drain and serve.
