Ingredients
- 3 qt. popped corn (1/2 c. popcorn)
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. light corn syrup
- 1/3 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Combine sugar, syrup, water, salt and vinegar.

2Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until sugar is dissolved.

3Boil until 260° or until it has reached hard boil stage.

4Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla.

5Stir to mix.

6Slowly pour syrup over popcorn.
-
7Stir with wooden spoon.
-
8Dampen hands with cold water and press into balls.

9Wrap in plastic wrap.
