- 3 qt. popped corn
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. corn syrup
- 1/2 c. water
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- pinch of salt
Directions

1Pop the corn in popper.

2Keep warm.

3Measure remaining ingredients into saucepan.

4Stir until sugar is dissolved over medium heat.

5Cook, without stirring, to 270°, or until a small amount of mixture becomes brittle when dropped into very cold water.

6Pour syrup over popcorn, stirring corn to mix well. Butter hands and press corn into balls.

7Wrap to keep crisp.
