   Grease mixing bowl.

   Mix together the peanuts, M&M's and popcorn.

   Set aside.

   In saucepan melt the butter and marshmallows.

   Grease pan and hands.

   Pour mixture of marshmallows and butter over ingredients in bowl.

   Mix together.

   Pour into greased pan and press to mold of pan.

   Cut into bars.
