- 1 (5 oz.) pkg. popcorn (Jay's hulless popcorn)
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. oleo
- 1/4 c. white corn syrup
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- peanuts, blanched (skinless)
Directions

1Place popcorn and peanuts on a large jelly roll pan.

2In saucepan, combine sugar, oleo and corn syrup; boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.

3Simmer 2 minutes.

4Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and soda.

5(This foams up a lot, so use a good size pan.)

6Pour over popcorn and mix well.

7Bake at 250° for 30 minutes, stirring twice while baking.

8Remove from pan immediately and cool on wax paper.
