  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. melted butter

    Chill custard cups 2 hours.

    Sift flour and salt together. Mix eggs, milk and butter.

    Add to flour mixture.

    Fill cold cups 1/2 full.

    Bake 45 to 60 minutes at 400°.

    Start in cold oven.
